Users with the "**admin**" and "**superadmin**" roles can download reports on devices and incidents in the csv format.

In order to download reports, go to the appropriate section of the interface.

The devices report includes:

* device identification data;
* hardware platform;
* firmware version;
* location, including GPS coordinates;
* IP-address;
* SNMP version;
* status;
* operation time.

The incidents report includes:

* rule name;
* status;
* assignee;
* severity;
* time of creation, resolution etc.
